**"NO SHOWS" are not tolerated.** (A "No Show" means that the client did not show up to an appointment AND made no contact whatsoever to cancel/reschedule the appointment). If you "NO SHOW" for a scheduled appointment that is part of any certificate, subscription, program, package or plan, you will forfeit that appointment and NO REFUNDS will be given. If you choose to book another appointment to replace the one missed, you will be required to pay the normal rate for a new appointment. In a nutshell, please don't "NO SHOW".
***LATE ARRIVALS*** Arrival after 10 mins of scheduled appointment is considered "Late Arrival". To the discretionary of the provider, you may not be able to be serviced and will require rescheduling.
***LATE CANCELATIONS & LATE RESCHEDULES *** If you will need to cancel OR reschedule your appointment(s) it must be done 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Anything less than 24 hours will occur a $25 LATE FEE. This fee must be paid before booking or utilizing any future appointments.
